REC Europe Awards 2022 - The winners revealed | M7 Capital

M7 Capital is proud to announce that it has won the Small Ticket Financing Deal of the Year award at the Real Estate Capital Awards. The award was as a result of M7 Capital providing a £16.3 million loan to support the acquisitions of three retail assets in England, Scotland, and Wales. M7 Capital also finished runner-up in the Small-Ticket Market Lender of the Year award.
