Tom Tunley
Associate Director
Tom is an Assoicate Director at M7 Capital and is responsible for origination, deal execution and underwriting for all European debt investments.
Tom has significant experience in non-performing loan transactions, complex financial structures such as CMBS and has been involved in numerous successful financial restructurings and commercial real estate strategy implementations each designed to maximise recoveries and drive returns for investors. Prior to joining Tunstall in Jan 2017, Tom worked in the European CRE Debt industry specialising in distressed real estate and non- performing loans. During his time at Morgan Stanley and Mount Street Loan Solutions LLP, Tom worked in the Special Projects and Special Servicing teams where he worked on over €15bn of commercial real estate debt across Europe.
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in late 2013, Tom graduated from Kingston University reading Commercial Real Estate Investment and was awarded Master of Science with Commendation, ever since he has always worked under the mantra “no problem can withstand the assault of sustained thinking”.
