Rachael Roxburgh
Investment Manager
Rachael is an Investment Manager at M7 Capital and is responsible for debt sourcing, origination, underwriting and loan servicing for UK and European debt investments.
Rachael has significant experience in structuring and executing complex real estate loan transactions, such as CMBS. Prior to joining M7 Capital in October 2020, Rachael worked in Avison Young’s Real Estate Finance team specialising in real estate corporate financing advice for UK investors and developers, the underwriting of local authority loan transactions, managing the IPD reporting for a UK portfolio loan and undertaking the financial modelling to support all advisory and transactional projects. During her time at Avison Young, Rachael worked on real estate debt transactional projects totalling in excess of £900m.
Prior to joining Avison Young in 2017, Rachael graduated from the University of Bristol reading Geography and then graduated from the University of the West of England with a Distinction in Real Estate Finance and Investment.
