M7 Capital has been the internal adviser to M7 Real Estate for all its debt capital market needs since M7 was established in 2009.
This incorporates initial loan underwrite and origination, execution and the ongoing management of all loans. In 2016, M7 Capital expanded its operations to incorporate a real estate lending and loan servicing platform. Today, it is an independent business that continues to support M7 Real Estate activities, but also advises and supports third party real estate investors.
